On September 24, 2026, HNA Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HNA Technology" or the "Company") issued the "Announcement on the Progress of the Vessel Asset Disposal Plan," disclosing that ASIAN STAR MARINE LIMITED, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, signed a Memorandum on September 23 with the buyer RIPLEY HOLDING LIMITED to sell one Capesize dry bulk carrier, BULK JOYANCE, for USD 31.1 million, with delivery expected to be completed by December 31, 2026.

This sale is part of HNA Technology's fleet renewal plan. The Company had previously planned to sell three bulk carriers in total: BULK JOYANCE, AE JUPITER, and AE MARS. Currently, AE MARS has completed title transfer, AE JUPITER has been contracted and delivered, and with the signing of BULK JOYANCE, the disposal of all three vessels has entered the execution stage.
